Frequently Asked Questions

We offer a variety of classes for children ages 1-12. Whether your child is new to the sport of gymnastics or more advanced, there is a place for you to learn something new at our gym! We also offer classes that incorporate cheer, tumbling, art, yoga, and have a recreational team program. To learn more about each specific class, please visit our "classes" page for more information. New families may receive a complimentary free trial class upon request. Our team is happy to help evaluate your child to place them in the right class!

All registration goes through our online portal system. After you submit your registration, please allow up to 24-hours for the Learning Ladder team to approve of your enrollment. You can check the status of your enrollment through Class Manager by selecting your child and clicking on the "classes" tab.

1. Log Onto Your Portal Account

2. Select Settings: Once logged on, locate the profile drop-down menu in the top navigation. Select the "settings" option.

3. Add Payment Card: Within the settings page you'll find the payment cards box to click.

4. Enter Card Information: Click the "add card" button and follow the prompts to enter necessary payment card information.

Children should come to class in comfortable clothing that is suitable for exercise. We recommend athletic shorts or pants with a comfortable shirt that can be tucked in. Leotards are a great option but are not required. No dresses, jeans, or skirts are permitted. For safety, long hair should be pulled back into a ponytail and no loose jewelry.

If Nordonia City Schools close for inclement weather, our daytime classes will also close. Evening classes will be determined by 2:00 PM. Families will be notified of any closures through email. We will also post closures on our social media pages. Affected classes will be given a class credit for the day.

*Please note that "cold days" are not the same as snow days and will remain open unless notified by the Learning Ladder team*
